Covered Porch Addition & Exterior Restoration

A failing upper facade was opened up and rebuilt as a framed, skylit covered porch with new Pella windows and a Velux skylight. Work carried through to the interior — insulation, drywall, paint and new bamboo flooring — and finished outside with regraded grounds and a new bluestone patio.
